CONDITIONS

Reservation: Your reservation will be guaranteed and confirmed upon receipt of your deposit by credit card via a fully secure STRIPE payment method. The deposit represents 30% of the total cost of your stay, and you will receive a confirmation by email.
Capacity of the lodgings:
The Gîte la Prairie has a 160x200 bed for 2 people and a 140x200 sofa bed where 2 people can sleep.
Gîte la Prairie only has one baby bed.
The Gîte la Borie has a 140 x 190 cm bed for 2 people. The number of people in the gîtes cannot exceed the capacity indicated for each gîte, and the owners reserve the right to refuse unforeseen excess people. This is for reasons of comfort, insurance, and the Atout France label.
Animals: Only small dogs are allowed and remain under the responsibility of their owners (including and especially regarding droppings). For your information, the property is not fenced. It is forbidden to leave animals alone in the accommodation. Be careful though! If your pet causes damage, you could be held liable. In this regard, it is advisable to check in your insurance contract that your liability as a pet keeper is covered.
Housekeeping: Cleaning of the accommodation is your responsibility during your stay.
Payment of the balance The balance of the rent will be paid by the Tenant at the latest upon moving into the accommodation. The Tenant will make this payment by credit card or in cash or holiday vouchers on site.
Length of stay The tenant may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain on the premises at the end of the stay.
Entry and exit: entry to the Gîte is from 4 p.m. and exit is no later than 11 a.m. The tenant is required to notify in the event of late or delayed arrival.
Internet We provide free internet access on the property and in the gîtes. By accepting the general conditions, you agree that we may share your contact details upon express request from the competent authorities. Use of the internet is limited to viewing web pages and emails (no downloading).
Damage and deterioration: All damage caused to the gîtes, both indoors and outdoors, will be charged to the tenants and/or any visitors. Any damage must be reported to the owners.
Liability The use of the spa and outdoor areas is free and remains conditional on use as a "responsible father". The owners cannot be held liable in the event of damage caused to tenants, their visitors, or their property. Tenants must report any potential visitors.
Booking terms: Reservations can only be made on our website via Stripe, secure credit card payment. Your reservation will be confirmed as soon as possible by email. The inventory will be carried out upon entry and exit.
Security deposit: At the latest upon entering the premises, the Tenant will give the Landlord an amount of 250 Euros, as a security deposit intended to cover damage and/or deterioration of the accommodation and the furniture and objects furnishing the accommodation, caused by the Tenant, as well as loss of keys or other objects. The security deposit will be returned to the Tenant on the day of his departure, less, where applicable, the sums covering the damage and/or deterioration mentioned above. The security deposit may be made up by the submission of a signed check payable to the Landlord or credit card imprint via SWIKLY (AMEX, Maestro, electron cards or prepaid cards are not accepted) or in cash, which the latter will return subject to an inventory and a compliant condition of the premises when the keys are returned.
Contract: The contract is in French and only French law applies. For our English and Spanish foreign clients, we include a translation of the contract, the house rules and the spa, as well as a description of the property.
